Cafe Luna Wedding Raleigh, NC : Mr. and Mrs. Weiland

This post is way overdue! We have been slammed here at C and D being in the middle of wedding season and the blog has gotten a little neglected. This wedding is from March 26th. This was our season opener for 2011. We met Rebecca at the PWG bridal show in September. Courtney and I were standing there chatting with brides, when a wide eyed, brunette walked up and just looked exasperated.. I started talking to her and she was just so overwhelmed by all the planning and vendors and needed some serious guidance. We set up a meeting the following week and I was genuinely excited to help her out!

We met and talked for almost 2 hours! She had a lot of ideas, but has moved around a lot being in the air force and had no clue where to start for her NC wedding. Luckily, she came to the right place! She had a small budget, but a realistic guest list, so I knew that this was going to be a fun one to plan. We visited Cafe Luna and she fell in love! It was such a great place for them - great price, amazing food, and all inclusive. Gotta Love It!

She immediately settled in on the color scheme - purple, olive green, and a hint of yellow. On our first meeting she asked if it would be too much to go dress shopping with her since no one lived around here. I was ecstatic! No one asks to go dress shopping. I LOVE looking at wedding dresses and would go every weekend if I could. Needless to say, we grew to love this bride and she became more like a friend than a client.

We finally met Matthew the January before and could totally see why these two are getting married. They are so obviously head over heels in love with each other. It was very sweet to see the two of them together. Enough rambling...here are some pics from their afternoon Cafe Luna Wedding!
