Swamp People

That's what we are friend...straight out of the Bayou! So... our PERFECT piece of property may have a little water feature. You may call it a swamp, I call it a quirk. A quirk we can certainly deal with. The reason our property was such a steal, despite its riverfront location,  is because about 1/3 of the property is unusable due to a floodplane that traverses the property. This floodplane does happen to contain a swamp...or is caused by a swamp...I don't know this is a chicken and the egg sort of deal...but does not in anyway hinder our master plans.
