Your planner, caterer and florist are some of the first pieces to put into place. These vendors must be selected from The Bradford’s approved lists. For all other vendor categories, our Preferred Vendor Guide is a great place to start.

Additional rentals such as linens, tabletop pieces, glassware, specialty furniture and dance floors are not included and are required through Curated Events. Your planner will help determine any additional rental needs based on your design, layout and guest count.

THE MAIN HOUSE
Getting Ready · Guest Arrival · Cocktail Hour
The heart of the property, the Main House can be enjoyed privately by you and your closest people throughout the day or opened to become part of your guest experience. Welcome guests with champagne, create a lounge or gift-table moment, or invite them inside to gather before the celebration begins. Should the weather shift, the Main House also offers a beautiful indoor setting for cocktail hour.
THE TERRACE
Designed for an effortless indoor-outdoor flow, the Terrace is most often home to cocktail hour, but there are so many ways to make the space your own. Host an outdoor ceremony, enjoy an intimate dinner beneath the market lights, or create an unstoppable dance floor under the stars.
CEREMONY: up to 175 guests

DINNER: up to 125–130 guests without dancing
DINNER & DANCING: up to 100 guests with a dance floor

With gardens tucked throughout the property, there are plenty of ways to bring your celebration outdoors. From ceremonies surrounded by greenery to cocktail hour, lawn games, lounge seating and quiet moments away from the party, each garden offers its own setting to make your own.

OUR BALLROOMS
Designed to keep the celebration flowing, our smaller ballroom connects seamlessly to the terrace for an effortless indoor-outdoor cocktail hour. Inside, our Bradford bars create a natural gathering place, while the space can also be used for lounge seating, a photo booth, buffet stations, dessert displays and other special touches throughout the evening.
Then for the heart of the reception, our larger ballroom brings everyone together for dinner, toasts and dancing. With a bright, open interior and plenty of flexibility in how the room is designed, it provides a beautiful backdrop that can be transformed to feel entirely your own.
GOOD TO KNOW
The ballrooms serve as your primary indoor rain plan, giving your planning team the flexibility to adjust the flow of your celebration when needed.

Your planner, caterer and florist must be selected from The Bradford's required vendor lists. These teams have been intentionally curated based on their experience at our property, quality of service and ability to work seamlessly alongside our team. For all other vendor categories, our Preferred Vendor Guide is a great place to start.

All alcohol on The Bradford property must be provided through our in-house bar service, including alcohol enjoyed while getting ready. Your bar package includes four bottles of champagne and 24 beers for the getting-ready suites, which can be divided however you’d like. Additional getting-ready beverages may also be purchased through our team.

Your contracted rental time can be found in your Bradford agreement. Early access may be added based on property availability for $400 per additional hour. Reach out to our team if you'd like to explore adding time to your wedding day.

Our final song concludes by 10:50 PM, with your guest exit complete by 11:00 PM. Your planning and entertainment teams will help coordinate the final moments of the evening so your send-off and guest departure flow seamlessly.

Every Bradford couple receives one hour of rehearsal time. Approximately one month before your wedding, our team will reach out with the available rehearsal times for your date. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday weddings, the standard rehearsal time is typically 10:00–11:00 AM the day before the wedding.

The Bradford comfortably accommodates celebrations of up to 200 guests indoors. Celebrations exceeding 200 guests may be possible but require additional considerations, including tenting and additional restroom facilities. Your planner and our team will work with you on the requirements for larger guest counts.

To protect the property, décor, signage and other items may not be affixed directly to our walls. Your planner and design team can help you find creative alternatives that achieve the look you're envisioning without impacting the venue.

The Bradford provides our in-house tables, chairs and select furnishings, which you can explore in our Inventory section above. Linens, tabletop, glassware, flatware and other specialty rentals are not included and must be secured through Curated Events.

Yes, we allow sparkler exits in the front drive. Sparklers must be purchased through The Bradford.
