Celebrity Dairy Wedding: Carolyn and Adam

I love this couple! Carolyn's mother, Jane,  was actually the one to contact me first. She had gotten our info from Durham Catering Company and was very excited to meet us. I knew from our first e-mail correspondence that this was a fun group. We met at Ted's Montana Grill so that we could chat over a glass of wine, per Jane's suggestion. I was happy to oblige :) I met Adam, Carolyn, and Jane and had a great time hearing about their wedding and getting to know them. I was so hoping they would book us and was very excited when they said they would love to have us!

Carolyn and Adam are seriously the most laid back bride and groom I have ever met. They wanted to just relax and enjoy their day. They were so go with the flow and never once did I see Carolyn stress. She was just so happy to be marrying Adam and getting to see all her friends and family, she genuinely let go and let us handle everything. They had planned on having lawn games for the guests to play during an extended cocktail hour. They had ladders, cornhole, croquet, volleyball, washers, and various board games inside. They devised a button system where people could win buttons and at the end of the night they could cash them in for prizes. How cute is that? The groom really wanted to play volleyball so we made sure he got one game in before he was needed again.

We got a little nervous on the rehearsal as it was showing a good chance of rain. We had a rain plan and was ready for it up until an hour before the ceremony, but then, miraculously, the sky cleared and it was a gorgeous day. It literally rained  all around Pittsboro, but not a single drop fell on celebrity dairy after the guests starting arriving. It was perfect! DCC was amazing as usual and Celebrity Dairy was great to work with. We couldn't of asked for a better group of vendors!

The guests were awesome and seemed to have a really great time. I loved their family. They were so sweet and fun. This really was one of my favorite weddings - I know they are going to be so happy together!
